Serving Our Moms
Breast cancer rates have increased in women under the age 40. Inspiring Life Together (ILT) accepts 12 diagnosed mothers residing in South Jersey, and follows her and her family for 12 months. We provide care boxes for chemotherapy, radiation, and surgery, which include items to relieve discomfort throughout each stage of treatment. We also offer options for products such as groceries and toiletries, and services such as lawn care, and house cleaning. Throughout their time with us, families will also receive milestone gifts and cards for special occasions, such as birthdays and holidays, calls from our volunteers, and invitations to virtual and in person social gatherings to connect with current and previous households. Our 12 month Sustainable Lifestyles Program is offered to ILT moms to aid in their wellness journey after active treatment. Metastatic mothers are members of the Sustainable Lifestyles Program for an indefinite period of time.
ILT extends their reach to more women impacted by breast cancer through their special Social Support Program event invitations.

I also wanted to thank you and the organization for the amazing and gracious box I received. It put a smile on my face. I am glad to have received the cold gloves and socks because I start chemotherapy tomorrow and they mentioned that people use those during the sessions. I had no idea- but was so happy to have them on hand for use.

My husband and my 81-year-old mother have been taking care of me along with the help and support from ILT. This help was a blessing after my husband was laid off and I had no medical or income coming in. So thank each and everyone of you for your donations.”
